Healthcare providers in our current medical paradigm tend to take an authoritarian approach, telling you what to do instead of equipping you to make decisions for yourself. Coaching is a completely collaborative relationship.

All packages are offered “your way” over 4 months. You get to space out the sessions. You determine the focus of our time together. If you have a specific goal, we can focus on that. If you don’t know where to start, that’s okay too! We will figure it out!


ONLINE OR IN PERSON

Single Session

Designed for those that are looking to gain clarity on a particular issue or decision, or those who are not ready to commit to a package. This 45 minute will focus on what you choose! The package includes:

  • One 45 minute sessions

  • A follow up e-mail full of reminders and resources to help you reach your goals

ONLINE OR IN PERSON

4 Session Package

Designed for those that are starting to notice their body whisper and want to prevent it from screaming! The initial session is 60 minutes long which gives us time to be comprehensive but also respects your busy day! The package includes:

  • One 60 minute initial session

  • Three 30 minute follow-up sessions

  • A follow up e-mail after each session full of reminders and resources to help you reach your goals

  • Access to a client portal where you can ask questions between sessions

ONLINE OR IN PERSON

6 Session Package

Designed for people who are ready to dig into the root cause of their health issues! It includes an initial 90 minute that provides plenty of time to dig into your complicated health history! The package includes:

  • One 90 minute initial session

  • Five additional 45 minute follow-up sessions

  • A follow up e-mail after each session full of reminders and resources to help you reach your goals

  • Access to a client portal where you can ask questions between sessions
